1. Booking & Payment
A booking confirmation will be sent upon receiving your enquiry. Payment terms will be communicated based on the service selected. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, UPI, and cash.
2. Service Delivery
All services will be delivered as per the agreed schedule. Our team commits to arriving on time and providing professional entertainment throughout the booked duration. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate venue information, including address, parking facilities, and setup area. For services requiring electricity or specific setup requirements, arrangements must be made in advance. The venue should be accessible and safe for our performers and equipment.
4. Cancellation Policy

5. Liability
While we take utmost care in providing our services, EventPro Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event. We recommend clients have appropriate event insurance for large gatherings.
6. Force Majeure
EventPro Entertainment shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
